Does garvagh lighting have a showroom?
Yes, we have a large showroom in Stockport. Our opening times are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm. 

Are the prices stated on your website inclusive of VAT?
Yes all our prices include VAT at 20%

How long will it take to deliver my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 – 7 working days. Occasionally it may take longer for out of stock items, you will be contacted straight away if this is the case. We will contact you before dispatching your order to arrange the most convenient time for the item to be delivered.

What if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
The courier will leave a card containing their contact details. You will then be able to arrange for an alternative delivery or a collection from your local depot.

What do I do if I would like to return my order?
Any items returned due to unsuitability must be returned at the expense of the customer. The item must be in its original packaging and must not have been fitted or installed in any way. Garvagh Lighting should be notified of items to be returned due to unsuitability within 7 working days. Please see the returns section on our website for more information or contact us.

If the item is damaged when I receive it what should I do?
We ask that you please advise us within 7 days of receipt of the goods if your item is damaged. In the event that goods are damaged you will be provided with a part to rectify the damage or sent a replacement. Damaged goods will be collected by our carrier at our expense.

I have received the item and it is faulty what do I do?
Any faults must be notified within 14 days. If the item is faulty a replacement will be issued, and the faulty goods collected by our carrier at our expense. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians’ fees. 

Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes, please see privacy policy section under the terms and conditions page. 

Are light bulbs included with your light fittings?
Yes, we provide each light fitting with a full set of light bulbs.

Can I order by telephone?
Yes, simply call our sales team on 0161 429 8429 and your order will be taken quickly and efficiently. Our sales lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm. Our fully trained staff can also give you advice on any of our products, both before and after you buy.

What if I receive the wrong items or my order is incomplete?
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong items or you are missing items, please contact our Customer Services Team within 3 working days of receiving your order.
